SYNOPSIS
Checks state of DKIM for all EXO domains
SYNTAX
Test-MtCisDkim [[-Selector] <String>] [-ProgressAction <ActionPreference>] [<CommonParameters>]
DESCRIPTION
DKIM SHOULD be enabled for all domains. Initial (MOERA) and coexistence domains are excluded, as Microsoft automatically signs outbound mail for those domains. CIS Microsoft 365 Foundations Benchmark v7.0.0 (2.1.9, L1)

Returns true if a DKIM record exists and EXO shows DKIM enabled for every evaluated domain. Initial and coexistence domains are excluded from evaluation; if no domains remain, the test is skipped.
