Checks state of SharePoint Online sharing

SYNTAX​

Test-MtCisaSharePointOnlineSharingAllowedDomain [-ProgressAction <ActionPreference>] [<CommonParameters>]

DESCRIPTION​

External sharing SHALL be restricted to approved external domains and/or users in approved security groups per interagency collaboration needs.
